1. One wheel and tyre ways 500 kilos and is held on with ten wheel nuts
2. There is over 450 ft of CDS tubing in the making of the chassis; this

3. When the engine is fully assembled it weighs in at 600 kilos and
stands 4 ½ ft tall see photos
4. It is fitted with an automatic gearbox which you have to change manually
with only three gears
5. A four-wheel-drive transfer case has a removable cover to expose the
top two gears this enables you to change the gear ratios without stripping
the gearbox
6. The truck is fitted RII which is a remote ignition interrupter this
is basically a remote control that terms of the engine from outside of
the monster truck .so for if any reason the monster truck goes out of
control somebody can turn it off without even being near it.
7. On board the monster truck there are to fire extinguisher systems
one is a dedicated plumbed in the system, which aims at the engine compartment
and into the driver’s compartment. There is also a small fire extinguisher,
which is hand-held, which is stored in the driver’s compartment.
8 The monster truck has four wheel steering the front wheels are turned
by the steering well as a normal car on the rear steering is done by
a small toggle switch on the dashboard which turns the rear wheels like
a joystick this is done by an electric over hydraulic pump see photo
9 On each corner of the monster truck there to suspension components
one is nitrogen as spring the other is the nitrogen over hydraulic damper
both of these components have 26 in. of suspension travel this means
when on the vehicle the same height as me. see photo
10 Every part of the engine has to be a performance park there is not
one stock inside something the engine this is why he has the performance
of 0 to 60mhp in four half seconds see photo
11 Now you can understand why if you had all these components and facts
together that the Swamp Thing was truck that stands over 5 ½ thousand
kilos in weight.
